This collection comprises architectural drawings, plans, renderings, and blueprints used in the construction of the University of California, Irvine campus and College of Medicine from 1963-1976. Materials include black and white and color images and are in both paper and tissue paper formats. In December 1963, ground was broken for the first major buildings on the University of California, Irvine campus, and in January 1964, construction began.
